Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: 28 June 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") sets out what is and is not allowed on the SCRLODX platform. It forms part of our Terms of Service and applies to all users, content and advertisements.

1. Prohibited content

You must not upload, post, link to or advertise content that:

  • is unlawful, or promotes or facilitates unlawful activity;
  • infringes another person's intellectual property, privacy or other rights;
  • is false, misleading or deceptive, including scams and fraudulent offers;
  • is hateful, harassing, threatening, or incites violence or discrimination;
  • is sexually explicit, or sexualises, endangers or exploits children in any way;
  • is an intimate image of a person shared without their consent;
  • is excessively violent or graphic, promotes or incites terrorism, or is designed to shock or disgust;
  • contains malware, or attempts to phish or harvest others' information; or
  • discloses another person's private or personal information without consent.

Where Your Content shows identifiable people, you must have any consent needed to upload and publish it.

2. Prohibited conduct

You must not:

  • impersonate any person or business, or misrepresent your affiliation;
  • interfere with, disrupt, probe or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Platform or its systems;
  • scrape, harvest or bulk-collect data from the Platform except as expressly permitted;
  • circumvent any access controls, usage limits, or security features; or
  • use the Platform to send spam or unsolicited commercial messages.

3. Advertising

Advertisements must additionally comply with our Advertising Terms and all applicable advertising laws and codes in Australia.

4. Reporting

If you see content or an advertisement that breaches this Policy, report it using the in-product report tool or email report@scrlodx.com. Reports help us keep the Platform safe; we monitor this channel, review reports, and act where appropriate.

5. Enforcement

We may remove content, restrict features, and suspend or terminate accounts that breach this Policy. Where content is seriously unlawful — for example, child sexual abuse material, abhorrent violent material, non-consensual intimate images, or pro-terror material — we will remove it promptly and may report it to, or preserve and disclose information to, the relevant authorities, including the eSafety Commissioner and law enforcement. We may preserve and disclose information where required or authorised by law.

6. Changes

We may update this Policy from time to time. The current version will be available on the Platform with its "last updated" date.
